Membership List displays only the first 20 members

Hello Tuan,

We have uploaded now 250 members ('subscriptions') into Membership Pro. The data all appears to be correct in the backend.

However the Membership List (column version) is displaying only the first 20 members, sorted by surname alphabetically. It offers no 'next page' option to see further members - at least not that I can see - and I can find no mention in your documentation that there might be a limit to the display. Please can you check this and advise how to fix it.

We tried reducing the number of fields displayed, to see if that increased the number of records, but it made no difference. Still only 20 records display.

There should be pagination allows you to clicking on to navigate to the next page to see information of other members. Not sure why it doesn't work like that on your site, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page

We are going to check to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted for you
