Hello,

I'm new to Membership Pro, but I've gone through every single step in the manual and now I'm having a problem:

I figured out how to make the PayPal payment gateway live, but I tried it with one of my two PayPal accounts (I used the PP account that isn't associated with my website) and it doesn't work. It gives an error that I should add a credit card to the account to use it (I already have one) and then it takes me to a page on my website that says "Subscription Cancelled." I've attached a couple of screenshots.

This is what it says when I click the "Agree and Pay" button on PayPal:




And this is where it takes me when I click the "Return to Merchant" button:

Hi Savina

As I replied via support ticket, there might be some problem with your PayPal account (not related to Membership Pro as the payment process at PayPal website is handled by PayPal completely)

So please help contacting PayPal and ask them about it. They should be able to check and help solving the issue
