Hello OS Team:
We are getting this error: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
We are testing out Membership Pro and wanting to test it using the Authorize.net sandbox. We have installed the API and Transaction Keys into Membership Pro according to our Authorize account. We also set both MP and Authorize to Live mode.
It seemed then that Membership Pro was looking for the regular Authorize.net url, not the sandbox url. We found the os_authnet.arb.php file and thought that changing the
api.authorize.net/xml/v1/request.api
to
apitest.authorize.net/xml/v1/request.api
might be the answer. We also tried
test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
.
We still get the same problem and it likely user error. Can you assist please?
