Hi Tuan,

Having a bit of an issue with the auto-renew function in MPro.

The plan attached did not auto-renew for one of our customers.

He originally signed up without entering his Credit Card.

Could this be the issue, stripe does not hold his details?

If so how do we fix it?

Recurring subscriptions require a credit card. If one was not used Stripe cant bill.
There may be a better way but I would have the person do/purchase a new subscription and use their credit cared in the process.
