Setting column numbers not responding

Hi,
I have been trying to set the column number to two for the subscription pricing plans. I know the default is three, but I only get the two plans coming through as two rows and not two columns. Screen dumps - samples 1 and 2 attached showing configuration for columns and also what appears.

Secondly, the subscription registration form is not appearing in the correct place within the template. It is appearing on the absolute far left and apart from looking bad is cutting off the edge of the form - sample 3.

Any help would be great thank you.

Hi Linda

I think there are some css conflict between your site template with my extensions and that's the reason causing the error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page, I will have my template developer to look at it and get the issue sorted for you

Regards,

Tuan
