Reminder Emails was created by Oscar Ruiz
I manually extended the membership period of a member to end 12/31/2019 but the reminder email dates still read "sent at..." instead of "will be sent at..".

Will the reminder emails will be sent before the subscription expires or there is a way to reset the reminder email dates?

Hello Oscar

You will need to edit that subscription record, set First Reminder Sent, Second reminder Sent, Third Reminder Sent to No to reset it
