Recurring is set to off

I recently amended all my prices for membership

I have set the recurring to off but still somebody was able to renew at the old price. can you tell me what I am doing wrong please

The question here is how the members could renew with the old price? Is it the recurring subscription? That's the only reason I can think about this error

If you have a reliable way to allow me to see how we can renew with lower price, let me know and I will be happy to check it
