Alright, so once I fill out the form and proceed to PayPal, this is the message that PayPal displays:

Terms
$300.00 USD for the first 30 daysThen $300.00 USD for each 2 months, for 2 installments

First amount
$300.00 USD

It almost seems to me that this would result in 3 total payments, $300 for the first amount, and then 2 additional payments ("installments") of $300.

Am I understanding that incorrectly?

Alternatively, do you think using the "Renew" settings would produce better results? For instance:

Subscription Length: 45 days
Price: $300
Enable Renewal: Yes
Renew: 45 days for $300

Yes. It will be 3 payments with that setup. Could you set Number Payments to 1? Honestly, I'm not sure if PayPal will allow that

The problem with Renew is that users will have to renew manually (and we cannot force them to renew)

Alright, I changed the Number Payments to 1, and PayPal now says:

$300.00 USD for the first 30 days
Then $300.00 USD for each 2 months

First Amount: $300.00 USD

To me, it seems like this will work. I'll report back if I encounter any issues.

Thanks so much for your help.

No, it won't work. The reason is because PayPal will keep charging users every 2 months. Could you please keep that setting, then get this modified file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmembership/plugins folder, and try again?

I uploaded the file to components/com_osmembership/plugins, but unfortunately, all of the subscription pages are broken now. They simply do not load. Other pages on the website load, but none of the subscription form pages load.

How did you upload? Maybe the file was broken when you uploaded via FTP for some reasons. Please go to Membership Pro-> Payment Plugins, install the modified plugin, then check it again to see whether it solves the issue?

I previously uploaded via FTP. Right now, I'm unable to upload via Membership Pro > Payment Plugins (it looks like permissions for this are turned off for security). I did try again via FTP with the second file you sent, and I experienced the same issue (subscription form pages not loading). I think it may be because my client is operating an older version of Joomla and Membership Pro.

I should clarify my last message. When I tried to upload via Membership Pro > Payment Plugins, I received the following error message:

Warning: File C:\inetpub\tmp-folder/os_paypal.php not uploaded for security reasons!

That's strange. What version of Membership Pro you are using? Maybe you are using quite outdated version?
