Allow backend access to component for a single user

Hello Tuan,
I have been trying to allow backend access to component for a single user and disable access to the rest of Joomla settings.
I have been using this article

Unfortunately this does not seem to hide access to Joomla.
Can you suggest another method?

The steps in that article looks good to me. Exactly what does not work on your site?

The user account can still access to other parts on your site? Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- The account which you are trying to give access
- The component you are trying to give access

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
