Renew Option for more than one year

Hi Tuan,

I have set up Membership Pro to allow existing subscribers to renew for up to three years, however, .I have run into a problem that I am hoping you can help with. I have set up a custom field so users can choose a mail rate which adds the price of shipping to their subscription. This works for upgrade scenarios and regular sign up and renewal, but if user chooses two or three year renewal, it only adds the additional cost for one year. Any suggestions on how I can configure it to do this?

There should be a way to setup it. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account
2. Link to subscription form

I will look at it and configure the extension to work properly for you
