Problem in Tax Rate Display in version Membership Pro version 2.3.0,

Issue here is their PHP is still 5.6 and Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.6.4 Stable
I think your latest updated version is not going to be compatible with this. And client dont want to update whole platform at the moment. Issue is from the plugin as there are only few customers for which GST tax is not showing . for everyone else it is.
Is there a paid support that we can pay to get this fixed ?

1. The extension still works well with PHP 5.6.0 (it only requires PHP 5.4.0+ to work)

2. The current version only requires Joomla 3.7.0+ to work (I will raise requirements to Joomla 3.9.0 very soon)

So better, update your site to latest version of Joomla (update Joomla should be easy) and then install latest version of Membership Pro

If update is not possible, you can ask your client to purchase latest version of Membership Pro. We need you to have an active subscription to provide support. Then login to that account to submit a support ticket and we can try to check it from there
