Problem in Tax Rate Display was created by Chrystelle

Hello,
I am setting tax rules.
It looks fine except the display of the taxe rate.
On the invoice, it is written: "Tax Rate: 2,10 €" instead of "Tax Rate: 2,10%".
Amounts are correct though.
How can I resolve that?

Hi

The tag [TAX_RATE] should only display the number. So maybe the € is hardcoded in the invoice layout. Could you please check the invoice layout and correct it?

If it still does not work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct the issue directly on your site

Just want to update that it was a bug in the code for generating that tag for invoice. I fixed it directly on your site (will include it in the next release of the extension) and it should be OK now

my client has this old version and some of invoices are not displaying GST tax for some customers only . Can u please provide any quick fix to this .

Hi Prabh

You will need to ask your customer to update to latest version of Membership Pro and check it again. We could not afford to provide support for that very old version of the extension

Also, the issue you are having seems causes by something else and not something like in this forum topic
