Having gone through the documentation and layouts and dashboard for Membership Pro we have come up against a few minor issues or questions on how to set things up.
Firstly we are a NGO diabetes support group and we have various types of membership because of the resources and funds available to us.
This leads us onto these questions
So firstly we have set up appropriate groups in the standard Joomla ACL system so that we can put user items into these groups accordingly
In regards to Membership Pro in th edocumentapion but without an example is says you can assign a user group to a subscription/plan which is ideal for our situation. However we are not sure how to do this can you give us an example please.
The other issue again based on funding is that when a new user signs up to our membership we want to take the details and hold them until a member of staff APPROVES the application as that involves visual inspection of documents and a doctors examination. So agin the documentation and help text on the forms shows that this can be done but there is no example for us to work by again please give us an example of this in action.
Your help is urgently needed on the above as we have a reasonable number of plans to set up
