Backend works, frontend doesn 't register memberships

Dear,

Earlier this week the warning: "Failed to parse time string (double timezone specification)", popped up in the backend. I fixed this by going to membership pro > Tools > fix database scheme. 
In the backend everything got back to normal but now the sign up form in the frontend doesn 't work anymore. When a new member fills in te form and pushes the next button. The page refreshes without showing any error. The same thing happens when existing members try to renew there membership.

How can I fix this? Any help is welcome!

For this, we will have to check directly on your site to see what's wrong. So please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which we can subscribe and see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
