Where can I find the option to send Mass Mail to Group Admins in Membership Pro?

Hello,

I want to use the Mass Mail feature in Membership Pro to send emails to all Group Admins. I have already created a Mail Template in the Mass Mail Template Manager, but where should I find the option to select Group Admins and send the Mass Mail?
