Report Export Error

When I want to export an subscription report ... there is an error :

An error has occurred.
Cannot perform I/O operation outside of the base folder: C:\Windows\Temp

any idea ?

Look like the system (the library which we are using to handle export) try to write data to a temp folder without success.

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I granted IUSR user to have read/write access to C:\Windows\Temp to solve the problem ...
