Failure page after succesfull subscription

Hi Tuan,

After filling in the subscription form new subscribers are guided towards the Mollie payment page. After a succesfull payment the new subscriber comes back to the site and lands on a page that says "subscription failure" even though everything is fine. The subscriber is added to the database and the payment was succesfull.

What can be wrong? We experienced this problem since we had troubles with Google recaptcha. The recaptcha issue is solved but now this failure message poppes up.

Can you help/guide?

Hi Alexander

In your case, after payment completed, what's the status of the subscription record, is it Pending or Active?

If subscription is active, the issue should not happen

It happens in both cases. When subscribers choose for the payment option: bank transfer the subscriber is not active. If they choose to pay by debetcard the subscriber is active but they will still land on a page that says that there was a subscription failure.

Can I somehow modify the landing page on which they land after they complete the Mollie Payment?

I will have to check more about it to see why it happens. For the time being, please get this file, unzip it, upload the received file to components/com_osmembership/view/complete folder and try again to see if the issue sorted
