The site isn't live yet. I've given you superuser access so you can log in.
Click on the membership plan on the home page and it'll take you to the signup form. LOL. And of course you know that since you designed it.

Hi Sevi

I checked and saw that you created two custom fields to show that messages. Here is what I did :

1. Unpublish the two custom fields

2. Go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, edit Subscription Form Message , add the content of the two custom fields above directly to the message

Please check the result. It works good now
