Subscription not linked to a Joomla user?

Hello,

This is a bit of an odd one - some of the subscriptions in Membership Pro aren't linked to a Joomla user. This seems to happen if a membership is applied for using offline payment & is it because the status is then pending no user is created? If so, is there a way to create the user in Joomla? Although if a similar subscription is entered in the admin end a Joomla user is created.

It happens because Only Create User Account When Membership Active/Approved config option set to Yes. If you don't want that behavior, set that config option to No

ah thank you - so when the subscription status is changed from Pending to Active it doesn't create a Joomla user?

With that config option set to Yes, change subscription status from Pending to Active should create Joomla user
