Subscription renewal emails

How do I stop subscription renewal emails going out to subscribers?

Hi Peter

Exactly what's the email you are talking about ? Is it the reminder email sends to subscribers to ask them to renew their subscription ?

Or it is the email which is sent to subscribers when they renew their subscription ?

Anyway, to disable any emails, go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, find the subject of that email and empty it. Then the email won't be sent anymore

Is there a way to prevent renewal subscription emails from being sent to one particular subscriber, without changing their status?

Hi Bill

Go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, check on the checkbox next to the subscription record , then press on Disable Reminders button in the toolbar to disable reminder for that subscription
