Prorated Signup Cost

Our membership subscription is from 01/01/xx until 12/31/xx.  Is there a way to prorate this subscription, say half-price of the dues if they join by a certain date? 

On one of my forms, which was called "Test Form" I found a field called "Prorated Signup Cost" in the plans set up.  How do I activate this on my forms?

In the plan settings, there is a parameter called Prorated Signup Cost. You can set it to By Day and it will work as you want
