ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS MODULE

Hi guys,
I have a little problem getting this to work:

• The user is a member of a free plan
• on the membership landing page I have placed the Membership Status Module
• but it says that the member doesn't have any memberships, even if she has, and is logged in

For this, I will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site. That user account and link to the page I can see the module

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
