Use forum more than support tickets

Hi all,

i wish that we use forum ,more than support tickets because everybody (who is not lazy) could find answers on his own.
Several of my questions have already been answered through Dam's (or users) posts.
But for example here if there was an answer customers with same question (like me :) ) will have to submit ticket and thus loosing time waiting for answer in their support ticket and also giving Dam more work for support .

Omar, Thank you very much for your suggestion. In some cases, i must check the problems in customer's sites. And customer can submit ticket and provide their sites information. It will more secure and better for them. :)
