It would be fantastic for a property rental and leasing site for the site administrator to be able to set all properties, rentals or leased, so that payments by site visitors for rentals or leases, can be sent as a percentage to the site administrator and a percentage to the property owner/agent.
For example, being able to set all properties such that 5% of the site visitors paypal payment for a property rental or lease goes to the site administrator and 95% goes to the property owner/agent......allowing the site administrator to set different percentages would be great also.....
Allowing this percentage configuration for recurring paypal payments would be fantastic.....

I would be interested in knowing what it would cost to have you code this functionality for my site if you are not considering implementing this into osproperty as a general feature....
