It would be really helpful if the category menu module would allow us to choose the type as well as category. For example, the category menu displays all properties via category but it does not separate the ones which are for rent and the ones which are for sale. Most customers will not be interested in both, so the results end up being mixed. It would be really good if we could choose from the back end which type to display, either for rent or for sale or whatever type we have previously set up.
