Fields assignable to Category

I noticed that "Extra Fields" and basic "Property Information" cannot be assigned to different categories.
For example if I have categories "House" and "Commercial Land" they would need very different extra fields.
And "Commercial Land" would not need basic "Property Information" like bedrooms and bathrooms.
Maybe there is a way to do this, but I did not see this feature in the backend...
Are you planning to develop this feature (it is a basic feature you can find in almost every other classified-type script) ?

In next version of OS Property, administrator will be able to assign custom fields for property types
