add Ribbon (optional) over the image of property

add Ribbon (optional) over the image of property in listing view.
This ribbon there is a free and optional text field where is possible to write something like "opportunity", "discounted price" or something else.
The ribbon is a diagonal strip to place on the top right corner of the image in the list view.

Also I would like to see a feature like this.
I am coming from EzRealty where there when a property get sold for example a ribbon SOLD sticks to the main image.
