I know you have lot of features list to be implemented ,but I wish you can implement below feature's in the OS property.
Or at-least some of them.
1) When user registers on website , the mobile number should be compulsory. - currently it is not.
2) The mobile number should be verified by sms to prevent :
I. Spam
II. Fake users
III. Users who provides someone else's number , to annoy them. (This is very important )
3) Also Is there any way you can integrate this with AcySMS or JeemaSMS?
4) The mobile number of the user/agent should only be accessible to registered users on website.
And thus must be hidden from open public.
5) Thus should provide a button to 'View Number' ,
By clicking upon which :
I. Unregistered users will be taken to registration page or 'BT login' pop up , to view the number after registration/Login.
II. Registered user can see the number directly by clicking upon the 'View number' button, and this click should be tracked.
6) Using this technique we should be able to keep track of users which asked for owner/agent number.
