I think OS Property miss a GOOD quick search module.
With options to be vertical or horizontal , and always responsive layout and of course with option to use the MVC override system .
BUT the most important :
Options to enable-disable a lot fields like very the very important one the #Ref code of the properties .
The templates has some kind of Quick Search Modules but they are so poor, example the Real Homes Quick Search has to type in the field and you have to apply , not auto suggestions of available options nothing.
That field there should work like the OS Ajax search you have !
We have to make it easy for users!
