Tabs Castomization

Excellent component. One of the best. But there are still a lot of room for improvement and creativity.
Questions:
1. I would like to get information about the file structure of the component. mainly interested in the location of the template files.
2. I want to simplify the user viewing Property. I need to create tabs:
- Description (text),
- Specification (checkbox radioboks, textbox),
- Scheme (PDF),
- Photo Gallery,
- Videos,
- Location (map),
- Contacts,
- Share.
How can I do this. :ohmy:

Disadvantages:
1. If in the back-end in the list of item set show all, after creating a new, edit and save this setting is not are reserved. Folds to 20 form an item. A trifle, but unnerving.
2. In the backend there is no way to edit an item template tabs Property
3. Systems State / Province - City should be replaced by Country - Region - City. :woohoo:
4. In the frontend when add new Property no choice the Country.
5. Part of the styles exist in the template, it is obstruct customization.
6. Extra fields while maintaining convenient it would be to set a public property by default.
7. I would like to be able to load icons for extra fields.
8. No upload video.
9. No upload png files.
