We have been having this problem for a while and I keep having to go into the database edit out the description save it and paste it back in and save it. Not sure why when the client puts in the description in the backend it breaks the photo gallery.
Over the last few weeks of dealing with it the only thing I can think of was special characters not working right. What I found today was they made a new line (pressed enter) and typed more text and that seems to have broken it along with some of the special characters. is there a way to fix these errors?
