You can edit in the templates folder. Please backup files before make the change.

But i see that a lot change i must to do in classes/....html.php
For example for modify the title of page in h1.

I think you have to change 3 main layouts.
1. Listing templates > default > listing.html.tpl.php and grid.html.tpl.php
2. Property details template > default > details.html.tpl.php
3. Advance search page
