I can't add properties from the backend I get this error URL not loading.
I am running it on localhost (not hosted yet) I will be glad if u can help me asap

Have you installed OS Property correctly? I am not sure if i can help you because you have your site in localhost, i need more information than you provided. It's good if you can install your site into one hosting email for testing.
