Object approval doesn't work

Hi,

two problems:

1. I have the problem that if the user add's an object in the frontend and press "Approve & publish" (take a look at the attachement) and the admin press "Approved" in the backend, the object isn't really approved - but already published!! How can I solve this?

2. I want, that every object hast to be approved by the admin, even if it is new or only edited. It should always have to be approved by me.

1. Please send me your site information with super admin account, ftp account. I will check the problems for you.
2. When agents upload properties, we have the option in configuration page to set the properties must be approved by administrator. I think it can satisfy you need.
