hi,

i want same function of buy and sell same as in other real estate sites, in that search it displays i want to : if we select buy in drop down, the property which is for sale should display.

But is os property search field and post property field select names are same. so please tell me the solution.

I have attached the images, My question in simple, while adding property it should sell in select box and in search it should show buy,

it is impossible to do like you want. But i have one solution for you.
You can create one extra field (example: Status) with 2 options : Buy and Sale.
You can also change the label Property type to List in
So if you want to show property in Sale list, you can select Sale in Property type(list in) and in extra field (status), you select Buy.

Hi,
Please go to backend, Manage extra field. Create new field, and select type : Select list, and in the bottom of that page, please enter 2 options Buy and Sale seperate by line.
After that you can select value in that field for your properties.

can i add my own extra fields in agent registration form.

I want to change the label Agent information. I changed in "translate labels" from back end but is not changing plz help.

ok, but if i install new version then i have to change whole site css and php which i hv edited, is there any alternate way to change this label. Or can i change it from php file.

Ok, in this case, you only need to update 2 files
components > com_osproperty > classes > agent.html.php
and
language > en-GB > en-GB.com_osproperty.ini
