I think it's the missing from last update (2.0.5), because in last version, when you submit the keyword from ajax search form. It will go to the locator search. But in this page, if you select to seperate the property types into the tabs. It mean the system will search the keyword with the first property type (first tab), and maybe in that property, there isn't any properties that contain keyword in the title, ref v.v.v
In version 2.0.6, we have modified a but in the locator search function and ajax search module to fix the logic bug that you mentioned.
