Hi,
OSP doesn't have company registration page. Administrator will manage that work from backend.
If you want to active payment in agent registration phase, you need to install OS Membership component, it allows administrator to define subscription plans with number properties that agent can upload, and agent have to purchase them if they want to add their properties in OSP. With OS Membership, you have more payment gateways (included Paypal)
