Radius Search not working

Hi, when my client does a radius search on her site in a city that has no listings, listings in adjoining cities do not appear, even if they are in the radius. What can we do to fix this?!?!?!?!

Dam, can I get an answer on this please? I sent you the link and Admin, the entire reason I bought your program and have dealt with all the bugs and issues was for the Radius Search - and now that doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!
