Error 500

Dear Dam:

The component works very well but we are encountering the following problem.

In control panel users, when editing the properties, in some gives a 500 error and not in others. I've attached screenshot. The only difference is the number of the id, of course.

Another thing I wanted to mention is that the url's friendly working properly throughout the presentation component GRID least know not to be.

There are some potential reasons for this issue. For example
1. Your php setting doesn't support some GD functions
2. Your hosting doesn't allow to upload the form with multiple fields.
