Latest properties, how to?

How can I show latest properties (lets say 10 properties) like:

osproperty.ext4joomla.com/

Hi,
1. In case you want to list properties in the Joomla page. You can create the Joomla menu, select layout "Property listing layout" and select "Order property by" is Latest.
2. In case you want to show latest properties in the module like the bottom of demo page, you need to use Random Properties, select style is horizontal, and select latest properties in parameters form.
