unavailable website after List states module activ

Hello,

As soon as I activate the module mod_ospropertystates.j2.5.5_j3.x. The website becomes unavailable an shows the page :

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving darkom.ma/ . It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

I tried to refresh the page on Chrome browser as well as IE but its still not working.
I also tried to change the position of the module. Still not working.

Can you send your site information with super admin, ftp account to damdt@joomservices.com. I will check the issue with that module.
