SOLVED: Problem to edit and add property

Good morning:
Currently I'm riding the local site right now I have a problem when a user wants to edit a property or add a new property.
The error I get is 404

If I can help fix the problem I would greatly appreciate.

I am using Joomla 3.1, sh404sef 4.1, and Falang.

Actualmente estoy montando el sitio en local y ahorita tengo un problema cuando un usuario desea editar una propiedad o añadir una nueva propiedad.
El error que me da es 404

Si me pueden ayudar a solucionar el problema les agradecería mucho.
