Multiple selections in property types

Is there a way to allow the user to make multiple selections in the drop down fields? For example, we have properties For Sale and For Lease. As it is, the user can select either for sale OR for lease, but not both. Is there some setting to allow them to choose both options?

Currently, it's impossible to have multiple selections in the dropdown fields. We will find the solution for this problem in near future.
