Search form not working

Hi, I am having problems with my search module, when you input a search you want to perform ie. number of bedrooms it does not show anything although there are properties that match the search on the website, also on the property listings the advanced search at the top does not give the same options as the module search, any help would be gratefully appreciated as this site has now gone live, the web address is:
