Template is breaking apart when searching.

Hi,

I am writing with regards to the OS Property template that I recently purchased. I was able to install everything without any problem on my server. But the problem happens when you try using the search module right beside the slideshow. Let's say, you select the "Home Construction" under the category and just leave the others as is. When you hit search, the menu on the right together with the twitter box is being moved to the bottom left corner of the page. Please see attached image.

After you updated the OS property, my site is now just showing a blank page at the frontpage. Please let me know what you changed so I can revert them back to the original file. I am chatting with my client right now and its a bit embarrassing that I have to show them a blank page right now.
