Regarding to your questions, i have some comments bellow.
Could you please help on following questions. We would like to take, purchase decision based on these. Apologies for too many queries,
1. Can we remove/add fields from GUI and database tables ?
A: Yes, you can do it by yourself, but you need to know about php + joomla coding. It's complex and not easy to modify. We can only let you know where can you modify the source code. We can't implement the customization for you if they are not in the spec of product.
2. Will we get description/usage of each OSP table ?
A: Unfortunately, we don't have the description of OSP table.
3. We need to add more tabs for the My Profile of the agent. Can we add more tabs ?
A: What're the tabs that you want to add, and where are the data source for those tabs?
4.Is it possible to create sub category for company
A: Unfortunately, it's impossible.
5.Is it possible to add more menu items as Menu Row-1, Menu Row-2 ?
A: In OSP templates, all menu items only have one submenu level
6.Is the paypal integration already there with OSP or separate purchase?
A: Paypal is integrated in OSP.
7.Can we modify the home page ?
A: Yes
8.Could you please tell us the screen sequence to add new agent, new company ?
A: You can add the Joomla menus to the agent registration and company registration layouts.
9. Could you please provide a comparison for ostemplat1, ostemplate2, ostemplate3
A: Sorry, we don't have the comparison between those templates.
