Installation problems

Hi ,

i am trying to install osproperty to my pc to a local xampp installation.
I installed only joomla 3.1.5 and then osproperty component (com_osproperty.zip).
When it reachesto the page for import data i select greece and then i get the error you can see in the attached screenshot.

Since i didnt know what to do ,i thought maybe it was some problem with xampp although i dont have problems with this.
So i tried the above to my hosting company space.
There when i get to the import data and i try greece then i get a 500 - Internal server error.

What should i do?

And something last.
Is it better to use the forum when i have problems for others to read too and maybe get help by reading or should i use support tickets?

Hi Nik,
The problem happens when you install sample data of OS Property, right? It's better if you can upload your site into one live demo site and give me account to check it.
