Style swicher in osproperty templates

Hi,

i am looking at the templates for osproperty and i have 2 questions:

1.Is there a way to check the style switcher? I mean in the templates info it is written that they have 5 styles.Is there a way that we can see them?

2.I have already purchased osproperty and seems right for me. I am thinking to buy a template (which include osproperty) . Is there a way that i buy only the template (i have already read another similar post you mention about a refund and i just wanna double check)

Hi Nik,
1. With OS Property template and OSP Map template, you can change 5 styles at the backend of template, they are 5 different colors for the header, menus, href v.v.
2. As i replied at another topic, when you purchase the template, we will refund the money for the OS Property extension.
