Can't install component properly.

Seems like my download zip file for OS Property is not possible to reinstall on my website www.bigdealthailand.com ,
Now I am using Joomla Version 3.0
Example:
When I want to install the sample of the component then it's not going to work.

Can you please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account, ftp account, we will take a look to see if we can help you to install component.
