The text for $row->rent_time a bug?

Hello

This is the thing.. we are using Spanish and English in the back-end but only Spanish for the front-end... so
when a property is added in the backend and let say
I have an apartment for rent so I fill up all the information and the amount that is required for the rent.

$300 USD / Per Month

the problem is that "Per Month" has to be in spanish, but is not, even though I have change the front-end language to show "Por mes" nothing happen... then I change the en-GB language to show "Por mes" but nothing happen..

then I realize that the value which is use to enter the information has to be in the language that you want it to show, since that value will be saved in the DB...

so if I enter the information using the en-GB language some items will be show in English and not Spanish even if you have defined that your main language is Spanish...

Is the new version has modifications for the templates?
I'm asking because I have change many lines, so that it can match the website's template...

it'd be nice to have that option to override the views, just like any other template...
